Pretty chill apartments, but do notice a lot of unwanted/broken down cars lately. But other than that the management is super cool and friendly also the maintenance workers are cool AF too.

Every time I've put in a request, or even just had a question, management here has been kind and efficient. All but one of my maintenance requests were resolved the next day. I wish my upstairs neighbors weren't so obnoxiously loud, but other than that I am happy here!

You know I really do have to say that this is probably the best property I have lived at out of all the apartments I have lived in. It's just the right size, space and location. Friendly staff, Brady and Heather (Property Managers) are nothing short of AMAZING. The maintenance was so so respectful and timely. He was thorough. And left no mess. My son and I came from homelessness to Heaven. They gave us a chance, and I am truly GRATEFUL. Thx.

Sorry I left a bad comment in the living here survey, I got the 2 apts mixed up cause it does not say who it's from but my experience is mixed. Good maintenance team. Just rent is just too high and had to live with a broken patio fence for the whole year.

After visiting several properties and being very discouraged with the looks and feel of the complex not being as advertised, the staff having no customer service skills and very little knowledge, it was so nice to phone a property, have all my questions answered and offered an immediate tour. Upon arriving, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds, the greetings of both the Manager and leasing agent. They were very friendly and helpful, making the entire process so quick and easy. I can't say enough about the unit I toured as being definitely worth the rate they are asking. Whether I'm approved for residency at this community or not, they deserve a 5 star rating all the way around !!!

I gave 4 stars with the staff and maintenance in mind due to the fact that ever since my application process to current Heather and Corianna have been wonderful with me and have been open and readily available to any questions concerns or needs I've had since I've moved in. Maintenance is severely understaffed and it's beyond me why the property owner doesn't higher more on because this entire property is too much for 1 person to handle; and Henry is an absolutely hard working and over worked employee that has a quick response/ turn-around time anytime I've had maintenance issues. The neighbors usually stay to themselves and of course there are others that are less than desirable to live around lol but maintenance and the office staff have always been professional and pleasant during my interactions with them 💓

I’ve lived here about a month now and I have to say, I have had nothing but a good experience so far. Maintenance was very quick to respond when I needed help with the dishwasher. I have seen other reviews about noise and crime and poor management but I have to disagree. It’s very peaceful at night and during the day kids like to run around and play which they should be aloud too. I haven’t experienced any crime as of yet even though your bound to get some crime anywhere in Portland or Gresham area. The management is so nice and easy to talk to, super friendly.

We visited Stark St Crossings and were blown away by the customer service. We did not have a tour scheduled and just walked in to smiling faces. Corianna was super helpful and gave us alot of information on the property. We plan to move in soon to this wonderful place! Check it out!!

I wanted to first say that the manager of this apartment complex Melinda is AMAZING!! On a daily basis I go to 3 to 4 different complexes for work. This is my absolute favorite complex to work at. Everytime I show up Melinda is ready for me! Key in hand knows everything I'll be doing and is extremely informative about her Tennants. Not only that, the apartment complex is always clean, quiet, and people living there seem really happy. Thank you for always being prepared we appreciate you!!

We have really liked living here! We got here just as new management had taken over, so I can't speak for anyone's experiences before hand, but Stark Street has been good to us. The leasing office is always really pleasant and great to talk to and handle problems. Maintenance is really swift and professional.The apartments themselves are pretty okay; the walls are kind of thin so it's easy to hear what's happening in other apartments, but that might just be apartments in general. We really liked the newer updates added throughout. The worst thing about the place are the other tenants, but for the most part everyone sticks to themselves. We would recommend this place if it's in the area you're looking to live.

This place is a great place to live and somewhat reasonable price wise too, especially when compared to other places in the Gresham/Portland area. I'm a disabled vet, so needless to say I'm on a somewhat limited and fixed income. Taylor and the rest of the crew are so incredibly respectful of this. I don't always get to go out when I like, so on occasion I pay rent a few days late. Yes I pay the late fee, it's only fair, but where these guys shine is that they never make me feel like crap for it. They may not realize that so its worth mentioning. Kudos to the maintenance staff as well. Haven't had need of them yet but it's always good seeing them on the grounds and getting a friendly hello or wave. Its very nice, very well maintained and quiet apartment complex. If you're looking for a place, look no further.

I am a new resident to Stark Street Crossings from out of state and my experience thus far has been very enjoyable. I have been very impressed with Taylor from the beginning. I sent out an email to see if any apartments were available and she immediately got in contact with me and set up a tour at 9 am the next morning. I arrived a few minutes early and she was already at the front office waiting for me. She was energetic and passionate about her job. We toured the complex and the apartment and I loved how well-kept the place was. The pool was very clean, the community feel was great, and the apartment was in great condition. I applied and signed my lease that same day. Taylor walked me through the entire process and was genuinely excited for me to join the complex. When it came time to talk through the lease she went above and beyond explaining the lease to me so I felt 100% comfortable what I was signing. She came with me to do the apartment walk through and was extremely thorough. She caught things that even I probably would not have noticed. She has very high standards and I think that plays a huge part into how well run this complex is. So far the apartment has been great. I rarely hear the people to the side of me or above me. Quiet hours are respected and even though animals are allowed in this complex, people seem to be extremely responsible with their pets and pet waste. I would recommend Stark Street Crossings to anyone!

She has taken on staying the office late to make sure that the residents are able to pay their rent. There was a new management company who closed the drop box for rent which really disgusted a lot of us. Taylor will do whatever it takes to make the living experience her if she able. I would just like everyone to know that the changes are not her doing this. She is a very awesome and caring person. I will miss her dearly.
